October 26, 2009, Harris & Harris Group, Inc. filed a post-effective
amendment to its shelf registration statement on Form N-2 to deregister
2,112,500 shares of its common stock that were not sold in its recent
underwritten public offering that closed on October 9, 2009. A copy
